1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the h7777 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If h7777 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual (verified by shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying data), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings across all duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited in h7777's sole discretion.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h7777 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. h7777 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to keep them secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your h7777 account that you do not reuse on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Always log out of your h7777 account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify h7777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Name and Details

Your h7777 account must be registered in your own legal name. The name on your account must match the name on the identification documents and payment methods you use. h7777 does not permit accounts to be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempted transfer of an account will result in immediate closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

h7777 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. h7777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by h7777, however your payment provider may impose limits independently.

• bKash — minimum ৳100, credited to your h7777 wallet within 60 seconds in most cases.
• Nagad — minimum ৳100, credited within 60 seconds in most cases.
• Rocket — minimum ৳100, processing times may vary.
• Visa and Mastercard — minimum ৳500, processing subject to card issuer approval.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by h7777 to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. h7777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. h7777 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, though actual timings may vary depending on volumes and payment provider processing times.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• h7777 may place a withdrawal hold on funds if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• h7777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk flag, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
• Accounts with balances that have been dormant (no login and no transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as disclosed in h7777's fee schedule.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

h7777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and free spins offered by h7777 unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the specific offer page.
• Bonuses are credited to your h7777 account in bonus funds, which are separate from real money funds. Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable real money.
• h7777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting a technical error, or placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously self-excluded from h7777 and are in good standing with no pending KYC verification issues.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, odds, or security systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Opening or using an h7777 account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.

Any account found to be in breach will be suspended immediately pending investigation. h7777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account data when required to do so by a lawful order or legal process.

7. Game Integrity and Fair Play

In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's account and no winnings will be paid.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

h7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if any of the following grounds are established or reasonably suspected:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment provider to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is closed by h7777 due to a player breach of these Terms, h7777 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account if those funds are reasonably believed to be connected to the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Responsible Gaming

h7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief. If you feel that your gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings immediately, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h7777 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any loss arising from temporary or permanent suspension of the Platform for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons; (d) any delay or failure in withdrawal processing caused by a third-party payment provider; or (e) any loss of funds from your account caused by your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit h7777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. h7777's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your h7777 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the h7777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, video content, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of h7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without h7777's prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. h7777 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, h7777 will escalate the matter to its internal complaints review process and issue a final decision in writing within 28 days. h7777's decisions on sporting event outcomes, game results determined by RNG, and bonus eligibility rulings are final and not subject to external appeal except where required by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

h7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h7777 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
